THE HISTORY OF HEROBUILDERS & CUSTOM ACTION FIGURES

HEROBUILDERS.COM was started in February of 2002. We started with one simple action figure, George W. Bush. This was actually a figure that I made for myself and had on my desk. As more and more clients and friends came into my Design Studio and saw this figure, everyone would say, ” hey you should sell that”, “put it on the web.” I finally did after my IT guy updated services, and he said, “hey, you should put that on the web.” So that night we opened a one page site without any images just a simple description and the very next morning we had one single order,,, that is the brief account of how HEROBUILDERS.COM was started.

Since then, we have grown and added CUSTOM ACTION FIGURES that look just like you. Just take two Selfies, and we can make you a custom action figure. Of course, we continue to add more POLITICAL ACTION FIGURES than any other company. On-Demand, Toys offers semi-custom action figures, and we offer fully custom action figures that look like you, custom toys using our 3D Printing ++ systems, and much more to come.

HANDMADE QUALITY:

All of our Action Figures are handmade, hand molded and hand painted. The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade. The beauty of imperfections: Please understand that all HeroBuilders® are handmade, and handmade items, by nature, have imperfections.

 Shipping Charge Policy

Our shopping cart works on a cost-product basis and charges your order automatically based on the cost of the order. The higher the cost, the higher the shipping charge. We will ship your order in the most economical way possible, including overnight. Sometimes, what the shopping cart has charged is more than the real cost, and that difference is not refundable.

Billing Policy

We will charge your credit card when you place your order to make sure your that your place in shipping is secured. It is also a way that we determine which orders are valid. Charges to your credit card will appear as  “Vicale Corporation.”

Return and Refund Policy (in-stock product line)

Returns are subject to a 40% restocking and processing charge for merchandise only. Returns not received by 30 days of original ship date are not refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable. If a package is returned because of an incorrect shipping address or inability to deliver, we will have to bill you for any shipping charges that we may incur.

Custom Action Figure Payment and Return Refund Policy

Starting May 1st 2010 all Custom Action Figure orders Will be billed 100% with the order. Overseas orders are charged 100% when you place your order, and is not refundable once the project starts, you will be involved in the project and asked to approved or tell us if changes are needed to the head sculpture.

Super Custom Action Figures will be billed 100% of the order. A Super Custom Action Figure is any custom that also has any article of custom clothing, custom accessory, custom outfit, custom shoe anything is above and beyond what is our standard custom action figure.

Due to the manner hours of labor required to create your custom sculpt we will not refund any payments for custom action figures for any reason. If we start your project and finish the sculpts and you are unreachable, we will try Make contact if you do not respond and /or if you decide for any reason that the project is off but we have finished your sculpt we will charge your credit card for the remainder of the funds and we will process your order forward. Your Custom Products will be shipped USPS from ground to express, whatever is needed for your timeline. We ship worldwide and at this time I would like to thank you for shopping at the best and most respected and largest Custom Products company in the US

Custom Head Candy and Bobble Heads Return and Refund Policy

We will charge your credit card 100% upon the start of the project. Due to the way the Custom Candy heads are made and the hours of labor required to create your custom sculpt, we will not refund any payments for custom Pez-like candy holders for any reason. If we start your project and you are unreachable, we will try to e-mail you, and if you decide for any reason that the project is off but we have finished your sculpt, we will charge your credit card for the rest of the money, and we will process your order forward.

Return and Refund Policy for Production Orders, Prototype Development orders, and Sample Development of all products, Including Plush and Stuffed dolls, Bendy Plush Dolls, Bean Type Plush Dolls, Custom Action Figures, Custom Candy Dispensers, and or Production Development Design of product or Product line and production orders. Full payment is required at the start of the project, and we have a strict no-refund policy for any and all custom products. If you stop your project at any time during the process, whatever funds are paid are NOT REFUNDABLE. Due to the manner of hours of labor required to create your custom, we cannot refund any payments. By placing an order, you indicate you understand this policy and will hold Herobuilders, Parent Company, sister companies, vendors and their companies, employees, and owners harmless for litigation for eternity. Production Order refers to a custom product of more than one (1) Unit.

Prototype Development refers to a new product prototype developed for you.

Sample Development refers to a request to make a sample before a larger order

On-Demand Action Figure Return and Refund Policy

Because this is a semi-customized product made for you based on an exact replication of the website, we will not refund any payments for an on-demand action figure that you design.

3rd Party Processors and Refund Policy

You must have an RMA number to return a product. If you do not have an RMA number and you send back a product, we cannot issue a refund. There is a strict no-return and no-refund policy at Herobuilders.com for products purchased with third-party processors like Google Checkout, Card Accept, World Pay, PayPal, etc.
