Information about your Custom  CANDY DISPENSER

    It is important that you understand that in order to make these affordable we try to hit 80% recognition, this is a small sculpt toy and not a sculpture for a museum. So please keep that in mind when approving our work. Also when you receive your approval images they will be as large as your screen please keep in mind that the head sculpt will only be .75" high.

 

You will be involved in the approval process. Once we have the sculpture made of the images you have sent us we will send an image of the sculpt for your approval. Please be advised the sculpt will be in a plain white sculpt material and after approval we will then make a mold and add our colored mold material and then hand paint your action figure head to match the images you sent us.

 

Due to the manner hours of labor required to create your custom sculpt we cannot refund any payments for Custom Candy Holders. The Charge on your card will appear as Vicale Corporation. Your  Custom Candy Holders will be shipped by USPS we use all USPS Services including ground to save on shipping costs. To all of our customers we have entered into an agreement with PEZ not to remanufacture or sell their products. We are now manufacturing our very own Candy dispensers and look forward to their introduction January 31st 2010. The disclaimer below was written by a lawyer or two and will be on our website for 180 days. ENOUGH SAID.

To the executive at Pez who keep calling our attorney, I think you should know we have been monitoring your company too, for a long time now.

To all of our friends and valued customers: Vicale Corporation will no longer be manufacturing products based on PEZ Dispensers or related to Pez Products.  The Customized dispensers we previously sold were remanufactured by Vicale Corporation, each using an original PEZ dispenser for the base. The Head portion was made and attached to the base by Vicale Corporation. The complete remanufactured customized dispensers were not authorized PEZ dispensers and are not listed in any catalogue or collectors material authorized by the owners of PEZ. The responsible party for all matters related to the product is Vicale Corporation and not the owners of PEZ.

You should not read that to imply that anyone has suggested that there are any known defects or other problems with the customized dispensers. If you hare satisfied with the product, there is nothing for you to do at this time. If you have problems or questions, however, please contact us and not the owners of PEZ.
